Because you roast th...KC, I'm glad you like it! Because you roast the garlic, they come out very mild and sweet. I was afraid they'd be overpowering, but it turned out well. (I love roasting any bulb or vegetable that comes out of the ground.) As for the potatoes, I'm not to fond of the starchy root.
